Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using rivaxon.com (the "Site") operated by Rivaxon LLC ("Rivaxon," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rivaxon LLC. Your continued use of the Site after any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will indicate any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use the Site.

2. Account Terms

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You may not use a false email address, impersonate any person, or otherwise provide misleading information.
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are fraudulent, or that have been inactive for an extended period.
  • You must notify us immediately at contact@rivaxon.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Products and Pricing

Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are complete, accurate, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered on the Site is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition in accordance with our Return Policy.

Pricing

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price and notify affected customers.

Product Availability

Products are subject to availability. We do not guarantee that any product will be in stock at any given time. If a product you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.

4. Payment Terms

By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Payment processing is handled by Shopify Payments/Stripe . We do not store your payment card details. All transactions are encrypted via SSL/TLS.

Orders are subject to verification and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product description, or order quantities exceeding limits.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the continental United States only. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, selected at our discretion at the time of fulfillment.

  • Standard shipping: $7.95 flat rate, 5–8 business days after dispatch
  • Free shipping: On orders totaling $75.00 or more (after discounts, before taxes)
  • Processing time: 1–2 business days before dispatch
  • P.O. Boxes: Accepted

Shipping times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window on eligible items. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Certain items, including opened filter accessories (consumables), are non-returnable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time is 14 business days after we receive the returned item.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, product names, and software — is the property of Rivaxon LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from this Site without our prior written consent, except as follows:

  • Your computer may temporarily store copies incidental to your browsing
  • You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages for your personal, non-commercial use

No right, title, or interest in any downloaded content is transferred to you. You must not use any part of this Site's content for commercial purposes without a license from us.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RIVAXON LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

  • Your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any products purchased through the Site
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Site
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the Site

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rivaxon LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your use of the Site
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of a third party
  • Your submission of any content to the Site

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site:

  • For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
  • To transmit any unsolicited commercial communications
  • To impersonate any person or entity
  • To interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers or networks connected to it
  • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site
  • To collect or harvest user data without permission
  • To use any automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without written consent

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, or your use of the Site, shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.

You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.

Informal Resolution First: Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first contact us at contact@rivaxon.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve any dispute within 30 days of receiving written notice.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page whenever Terms are modified.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rivaxon LLC regarding the Site and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
