Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our trusted partner warehouses based on your location to ensure the fastest delivery. Carriers include USPS, DHL, and FedEx.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking number by email within 1–3 business days after placing your order.
How long does delivery take?
Shipping usually takes 7–10 business days, depending on your region. During peak seasons (e.g., Christmas), it may take up to 20 days.
Where can I track my order?
You can track your order using the tracking number sent in your shipment confirmation email. Visit our Track Your Order page to follow your shipment.
Returns & Refunds
What’s your return policy?
We offer a 30-day refund or replacement guarantee. Items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging
How do I request a return or exchange?
Email contact@rivaxon.com with your order number and photos or videos of the product. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the product is defective or incorrect, we cover the return shipping. For all other cases, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
