How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping within the Continental US is $7.95. Orders over $75 ship free.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days after that.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the Continental United States only.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
Can I return opened filters?
Filter packs are non-returnable once opened for hygiene reasons.
Are the fountains dishwasher-safe?
The stainless steel fountain is fully dishwasher-safe. The ceramic fountain bowl is dishwasher-safe on the top rack — the pump should be hand-washed.
How often should I replace the filter?
We recommend replacing the filter every 4–6 weeks for optimal performance. A 6-pack lasts approximately 6 months.
What temperature range do the beds support?
The PCM layer passively regulates between approximately 68°F and 95°F without electricity.
Are your products safe?
All fountain materials are food-grade. Our pet beds use OEKO-TEX certified fabrics. No products contain BPA.
Do the fountains work for both cats and dogs?
Yes , all fountain models are designed for both cats and dogs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Is my payment information secure?
All transactions are processed through Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout. We never store your card details.
