Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the continental United States only (48 contiguous states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, or any international destinations at this time.
We hope to expand shipping coverage in the future.
Shipping Rates

Free shipping is calculated after any discounts are applied, before taxes. Offer applies to standard shipping only.
Carrier
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, selected by our fulfillment team at the time of dispatch based on destination, weight, and carrier availability. You will receive tracking information from whichever carrier is assigned to your order.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day
- During peak periods (holidays, promotions), processing may take up to 3 business days. We will notify you if your order is significantly delayed.

Delivery estimates are based on carrier performance and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary.
P.O. Boxes
We accept P.O. Box addresses. Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes will be fulfilled via USPS.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipment confirmation email.
You can also log into your Rivaxon account at rivaxon.com to view your order status and tracking details.
Carrier Delays
Rivaxon is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier service disruptions
- Severe weather or natural disasters
- US postal service backlogs
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
- Package theft or loss after confirmed delivery ("porch piracy")
If your package is significantly delayed (more than 10 business days past the estimated delivery date), please contact us at contact@rivaxon.com and we will assist you in filing a carrier claim.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:
1. Check with neighbors and building management
2. Wait 24 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages delivered before the final drop
3. If still missing, contact us at contact@rivaxon.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date
We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address
Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@rivaxon.com. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot redirect shipments. Orders returned to us due to an undeliverable address will be reshipped upon payment of a new shipping fee, or refunded minus the original shipping cost.
