Our Story

Rivaxon exists because the products available to pet parents who work long hours were either cheap Amazon gadgets that broke in a month, or overpriced tech with confusing apps and forced subscriptions. We built what we actually needed: beautifully designed, genuinely reliable pet products that work the moment you set them up and keep working without thinking about them.

We are based in Jacksonville, Florida, and every product is tested in real homes with real pets before it ships. We don't sell GPS trackers, smart cameras, or anything that requires an app. We sell water fountains, temperature-regulating beds, and replacement filters , things your pet uses every day.
