Unbox
Everything you need is in the box. The pump comes pre-assembled. Rinse the bowl with warm water before first use. No tools. This step takes three minutes.
Fill & Plug In
Slide the filter into the tray, fill to the 2.5L line, and plug in the USB cord. The pump starts immediately. Carbon flecks in the water during the first 24 hours are normal and harmless.
Relax
Your pet investigates on their own schedule — usually within a few hours. Once they find it, they tend to prefer it. You don't think about it again until it's time to swap the filter.
