Care Instructions

Fountain & Bowl: Rinse the stainless steel components weekly. Dishwasher-safe on the top rack. Avoid abrasive cleaners to preserve the finish.

Filter: Replace every 4-6 weeks depending on water hardness and the number of pets. Pre-rinse the replacement filter under cold water before installing.

Pump: Clean the pump motor monthly by soaking in a vinegar-water solution for 15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
