Eligibility for Returns

• We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.

• To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

• If damage occurs during return shipping due to inadequate packaging, the customer will be responsible for those costs.

• This policy does not cover:

  • Misuse

  • Accidental damage

  • Water damage

  • Normal wear and tear

For Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order does not match the description, is defective, or you received the wrong item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

• Send clear photos or videos to contact@rivaxon.com showing the issue.

• After verification, we will replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

Return Process

1. Request Return Authorization (RA#)
   Email contact@rivaxon.com with:

   • Your order number

   • Reason for the return

   • Photos or videos of the product

2. Approval & Return Instructions
   Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and the address of the nearest return warehouse based on your location.

3. Shipping the Return

   • Please ensure the item is securely packaged.

   • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refund Timeline & Processing

• Once we receive and inspect your return, a full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method.

• You will receive a refund confirmation email.

• Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days after we receive your return.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

• Missing parts or packaging

• Products not returned in original condition

• Returns received after the 30-day window
