Eligibility for Returns

If your order does not match the description, is defective, or you received the wrong item:

After verification, we will replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

Approval & Return Instructions
Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and the address of the nearest return warehouse based on your location. -
Shipping the Return

Please ensure the item is securely packaged.

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refund Timeline & Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, a full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days after we receive your return.
